Once High Tide Interiors receives your inquiry, we’ll evaluate the proposed project and advise you whether we think we’re a good fit. Regrettably, factors such as location, budget, scope of work and the volume of requests we receive means we can’t provide quotes on every proposal or accept every job that comes our way. However, we’re happy to provide some advice to help you find the team that’s right for you.

Based on the information you provide, we'll conduct a thorough evaluation to provide you with a comprehensive Preliminary Project Assessment. This assessment includes a site visit with detailed analysis of your project requirements and considerations. Once complete, our experienced team will leverage their expertise and industry knowledge to provide you with a planning budget.

The planning budget is created and presented in person. This planning budget will give you a rough indication of the cost of the proposed project as discussed at the initial site visit with our project manager. If the planning budget is approved, we move forward to the next step! During the high season, please note that creation of the planning budget may be subject to delay.

High Tide Interiors arranges for another visit for a site measure used to create the permit drawings. At the time of the visit, a retainer is collected which covers pre-construction costs including drawings, permits and any other documents that must be drafted for municipal permit submission.

The site visit lasts approximately 3 hours and involves both our project manager and necessary stakeholders. A receipt of retainer will be left with the client and signed by all parties involved.

As part of our services, we also offer professional design and selections assistance. Our dedicated team will collaborate with you to create a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design concept for your renovation project.

With the completed drawings, High Tide Interiors creates a detailed scope of work that outlines the roadmap for the proposed project. As a project management based company, we work with our trusted local subcontractors to provide us with initial quotes for pricing. Once the scope of work is completed, our project manager presents it to the client to make sure we are in agreement of budget and timeline expectations.

Once we've reached an agreement, we'll proceed to draft a comprehensive contract that outlines all the details discussed and agreed upon during the collaboration process. The contract will include the agreed-upon scope, payment terms, warranty information, and other relevant clauses. Our goal is to establish a transparent and mutually beneficial partnership for the successful execution of your renovation project.

Once the contract is signed, permit applications are submitted, and when approved, the project can be scheduled, and work can begin!

We'll hold a project kickoff meeting to review the renovation plan, timeline, and logistics. This collaborative session will establish clear expectations, discuss communication channels, and address any additional concerns or questions you may have. Our aim is to ensure that we're aligned on every aspect of the project, fostering a seamless and efficient renovation process.

With the project underway, our skilled team will work diligently according to the agreed-upon timeline and with our cloud-based project management software, you will have direct access to important project details. Through the software, you can easily communicate with our team, track the progress of your renovation, view your project schedule, and monitor your budget. This innovative tool keeps you informed and engaged every step of the way, providing you with real-time updates and promoting effective collaboration. Our dedication to exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and adherence to the design concept will be evident throughout every stage of the renovation.

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Throughout the renovation process, we'll conduct regular quality inspections to ensure the work meets our high standards. Upon completing the renovation, we'll schedule a final walkthrough together. We'll address any remaining concerns and ensure your complete satisfaction. We'll provide you with all necessary documentation, warranties, and maintenance instructions. We consider the project complete only when you're fully satisfied and thrilled with the transformation of your space.
